Below are some frequently asked questions that may answer your enquiry without the need to contact the ticket office. Please read through these carefully.

Q: When will I receive my Tickets?

Tickets purchased will be posted approximately 21 days prior to the event and tickets are posted using first class post.
Tickets will only posted to the address registered with the credit card company and will not be sent to third parties or c/o addresses.

Q: Can I Collect my Tickets on the day of the match?

Tickets purchased fewer than seven days prior to the event will be available for collection at the Venue.

Please be aware that the Ticket Office Collection hours are available no earlier than 2 hours prior to the start of play.

In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to produce:
The credit / debit card used to purchase the tickets.
The ticket office will not release tickets if the name on the credit/debit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets.

Under no other circumstances will tickets be released.

Q: What should I do if I need a Duplicate Ticket or if I want to Upgrade a Junior Ticket?

Upon receipt of your tickets please check that all details are correct, and make a note of your seat number. Seat numbers will be required in the event that your tickets are lost or stolen and duplicate tickets are requested.

To obtain a duplicate or junior under 16 upgrade a written request by the original purchaser must be submitted to the ticket office. Duplicate or upgraded tickets will be sent out by registered post approximately two weeks prior to the event and there will be an administration charge of £5.00 per duplicate/upgrade ticket issued.

Requests for duplicate/upgrade tickets in the two-week period leading up to the event must be collected and paid for on the day in question.
Only the original purchaser may request duplicate/upgraded tickets and tickets will not be issued to third parties

Q: Do you provide seats for Wheelchair Users?

Those wishing to purchase or enquire about wheelchair enclosure tickets should contact the ticket office on 020 7820 5767 or 020 7820 5768 between the hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm where further information and help will be available

Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of Tickets

Please Note: Tickets for all fixtures at The Brit Oval are only obtainable from the Brit Oval Ticket Office. Kennington Oval Limited has a policy of seeking to identify any tickets being sold illegally or transferred to unauthorized agents or other third parties. Any spectator using such tickets to enter or attempt to enter the ground will be refused admission or removed from the ground. They may also be required to be interviewed by the Metropolitan Police

1. A maximum of 6 tickets per household/person for each day's play is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies.
Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.

2. Tickets purchased are strictly non transferable and are for the sole use of the purchaser. Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold in any manner. Only the applicant and the person or persons intending to accompany such applicant to The Brit Oval may use the tickets. The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalized if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions. All tickets remain the property of KOL Ltd at all times.

3. Kennington Oval Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), or if the purchaser has in the past defaulted on any payments. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.

4. No exchanges are made or refunds given, other then those covered under the Raincheck policy.

5. If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Kennington Oval Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for the same day at an equal or lesser value, subject to availability. (Excluding online purchases)

6. Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 16 tickets purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 16 to an Adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself. In both cases a £5.00 per ticket administrative charge will be applied.

7. If you have not heard from us by Friday 23 May 2008, please assume that your application has not been successful (excluding online purchases); however, as some tickets may be declined and returned, we may be able to offer you tickets at a later stage.

8. No alcohol, glass containers or metal cans may be brought into the ground on entry or any subsequent re-entry.

9. Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Kennington Oval Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.

10. The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the ground regulations at all times, copies of which are sent with tickets.
