Special Events
Sponsor something a little different at the Brit Oval: from Aussie Rules Football to our widely publicised charity matches that feature top International cricketing stars.

Charity Match
In 2005 and 2006 Surrey County Cricket Club staged charity Twenty20 cricket matches to raise funds for victims of the Tsunami and Pakistan Earthquake. An international XI played Surrey and the match attracted some of the best players in World Cricket.
The charity match was played in front of a capacity crowd and raised over £1.25 million. Surrey CCC is planning further matches this year and in 2010; involving international players and global television coverage.
A title sponsorship package for charity matches would include:
- Naming rights for the match
- Branding on tickets and promotional materials
- Hospitality and tickets
- Perimeter advertising
- Replay screen, stump, pitch and Tri-Vision branding
- Programme and website advertising/editorial
- Signed memorabilia
Aussie Rules
Traditionally in October, the Brit Oval plays host to the AFL Challenge Trophy match. Surrey CCC and the AFL bring two Australian Rules Football teams to the UK for an exhibition game in front of a large crowd. The event is marketed throughout London and in the UK antipodean media.
A title sponsorship package for Aussie Rules would include:
- Naming and rights to the AFL Challenge Trophy
- Branding on tickets and promotional materials
- Hospitality and tickets
- Perimeter advertising
- Replay screen, poster sites and programme advertising
- Website branding and access to databases
- Sampling opportunities.
