Kennington United Cricket Club is the only cricket club in the London Borough of Lambeth and is one of the only inner city cricket clubs in the UK.

Kennington United CC has been running for five years and currently has three cricketing sides. The first team has just started its second season in the Surrey Wey Valley League. It offers the opportunity for people in Lambeth to play cricket at league level.

Kennington United is based on the Kennington Park Extension: it has four track squares with one artificial strip and two all-weather nets. The construction of a multi-functional pavilion is currently in the planning stage.

A summer course, offering free coaching at all levels, runs every year and is open to anyone. During the winter, coaching courses are run at the Brixton Rec; again offering free coaching to members of the community.
