Surrey County Cricket Club are delighted to announce the renewed partnership with Thrifty Car & Van Rental for the 2007 season.

In return for ground advertising and corporate hospitality opportunities, Thrifty UK enters into one of its biggest sponsorship deals and will provide the Club with 10 top of the range Ford Mondeos, synonymous with the Thrifty name.

In addition, the Club are taking advantage of Thrifty’s flexible fleet management system by having two additional vehicles available to them whenever their requirements change throughout the season.

The Surrey players use Thrifty cars.
As the Club’s official car supplier, players and coaches alike will experience the benefit of the Ford Mondeo’s specially developed sports body, combined with one of the most powerful four cylinder diesel engines in its class.

Linda Paul, Head of Operations and Marketing at Thrifty UK said, “When we undertook the initial sponsorship deal it was the first time we had embarked on such a partnership. The relationship has worked well. We’re delighted to be able to renew the sponsorship deal and continue our association with Surrey County Cricket Club and have a presence at one of the country’s most prestigious grounds.”
