Biography
Jonathan Batty is Surrey CCC’s versatile wicketkeeper and reliable opening batsman. Batty’s glovework remains as nimble as ever, while his four Championship hundreds for Surrey in 2007 was only topped by run-machine Mark Ramprakash. If there was one flaw in Jonathan Batty’s all-round skills it would be his inability to grow a proper moustache for the charity month of ‘Movember’. Batty was unfortunate not to be selected for England’s current tour of Sri Lanka.
