Rain Affected Matches

Those who have purchased a ticket for any of the following matches should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day during the 2008 or 2009 season. This offer applies to LV County Championship, Friends Provident Trophy and NatWest Pro40 League matches.

Saturday 19 April 2008 - Surrey v Lancashire (LV County Championship)
Wednesday 28 May 2008 - Surrey v Sussex (Friends Provident Trophy)

Friends Provident Trophy Matches
If, due to adverse weather conditions, play is restricted to 24.5 overs or less on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket. The relevant amount will be credited back to the credit / debit card used for the purchase of tickets.

Please do not return your tickets to the Ticket Office: a refund will be automatically processed.

LV County Championship
There are no advance tickets available for any day in this competition.

If, due to adverse weather conditions, play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket should retain their ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2008 or 2009 season.

NatWest Pro40 League Matches
If, due to adverse weather conditions, play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket. The relevant amount will be credited back to the credit / debit card used for the purchase of tickets.

NatWest Series and npower Test Match
The following refund schemes are available after the event. Please read the following carefully before completing your order.

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which the ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being:

a) No play because the match has been completed - a full refund
b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund
c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained- a 50% refund

In no other circumstances can money be refunded. Claims for refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application. To claim a refund you must send the ticket with your name and address in block capitals to Valassis Ltd, Dept P8008 (NatWest Series v New Zealand), Dept P8017 (NatWest Series v South Africa) or Dept P8013 (npower Test Match) Corby, Northants NN17 1NN so that it arrives no later than one calendar month after the day scheduled for play. The following telephone number should be noted in case your refund is not received within 28 days: 01536 400160 (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

In the event that a refund for Monday 11 August (Day 5) is required please do not send your ticket to either Valassis Ltd or Kennington Oval Ltd, as an automatic refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Only tickets purchased in advance are available for refund.

Twenty20 Cup Group/Quarter-Final Matches
If, due to adverse weather conditions, play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, an automatic refund policy applies and you will be refunded the face value of the ticket. The relevant amount will be credited back to the credit / debit card used for the purchase of tickets.

Those purchasing tickets on the day are advised that play cannot be guaranteed and we regret that no money can be refunded after payment has been made at the Venue.
