In 2008 the Whitgift Cricket Festival at Croydon’s Whitgift School features Surrey CCC’s Friends Provident Trophy match against Sussex County Cricket Club and the Liverpool Victoria (LV) Championship game against Somerset CCC.

Surrey County Cricket Club play primarily at the Brit Oval, but the club also holds home matches at the Whitgift School.
