In association with Surrey Schools Cricket Association (SSCA) Surrey Cricket’s Development team organise a series of cricket competitions for both Primary and Secondary school pupils.

Primary School competitions
1) Maurice Fulcher Trophy - This is an indoor competition for primary schools
within Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth and is held in February/March each year. For more information please contact Simon Hards.
2) ASDA Kwik Cricket - This is a National competition with regional heats held annually in May/June. The winner of Surrey’s regional competition will represent the County in
the National Finals day. There are ASDA Kwik Cricket competitions for both boys and girls. For more information please contact Chris Bullen.
3) Prosser Foundation -This competition was established in 2000 to encourage cricket in State Primary schools. It is for year 5 (U-10’s) and is based upon the Connellan Trophy (see below). For further information please contact Geoff Richards on 019323 52423.
4) Connellan Trophy - The Connellan Trophy is an U-11 competition for State primary schools. It is held in June each year with a Finals day held at the Brit Oval; this
year’s finals day is Saturday July 12th 2008. For more information please contact Chris Bullen.
5) 8-a-side Pairs - This is a National competition with regional heats held annually in June. It is for both State and Independent schools. The winner of Surrey’s regional competition will represent the County in the National Finals day. For further information please contact Geoff Richards on 019323 52423.

Seconday School Competitions
Surrey Schools Cricket Association (SSCA), which was founded in 1933 and is a member of Surrey Cricket Board, organises the following inter-school cricket competitions:

1) ESCA Natwest County Cup (U15)
2) Daily Telegraph National 20/20 (U15)
3) Lord's Taveners Anderson Cup (U14)
4) Watchyn Evans (U13)
5) Bunbury Jubilee Tropy (U12)
6) Verney Cup (U11)
