Certain children from 12 to 15 years old that have excelled in their particular County age group squads will be invited to attend Development of Excellence sessions throughout the winter and summer, with the intention of giving these children the best possible chance of progressing through to the Surrey Academy.

One on One technical, tactical, physical and mental support will be available in these sessions to help players improve to the Surrey Cricket Acamdey Standard.

The programme includes:

• 8 week programme of 2 hour sessions in addition to county programme
• Coach: Player ratio of 1:3
• Video Analysis and technique specific coaching
• Weekly summer practices as arranged by Academy Director
